As soon as we receive your documents or data, the document conversion process begins. All documents are prepped for digital conversion by our Scanning Experts. Once prepped, our top of the range IntelliScan XDS scans and converts all types of formats i.e. paper, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, drawings etc., ensuring optimum results and clarity.
Upon completion of the conversion, your scanned images can be indexed to facilitate future retrieval of your converted documents. When your files have been indexed, they can be stored on whatever type of electronic media you prefer, i.e. locally on your PC, on your network, on CD, DVD or indeed uploaded to an offsite secure server.
GRM complete the imaging process by returning your source documents along with the converted digital images to you.
