Mountain States Imaging, LLC (MSI) is a Denver, Colorado company that provides document imaging services, document conversion services, and document management services. MSI’s capabilities include indexing and online document hosting. We integrate existing databases with files kept in paper, microfilm, microfiche and aperture cards. MSI has completed document scanning projects from paper, microfilm and microfiche since 1986.Our large conversion projects are conducted both in-house and onsite with 20 plus years scanning experience including sophisticated Business Process Outsourcing, Facilities Management, Records Management and a broad array of scanning and data capture functions. We have provided document imaging solutions for thousands of industries in many states throughout the US.

We have a separate department dedicated to onsite projects, an important focus of our firm. Between five and fifteen projects are generally underway throughout the U.S. MSI provides the equipment, software, personnel and, most importantly, project management.Our Web-based document management affords companies the ability to archive and process data on a real-time basis. Secure access is available to authorized users from any location. We fully administer our sites for backup, software and hardware upgrades, security monitoring, etc.

We convert images and data from all types of media, from rare books to existing computer files. Methods range from single page processing with manual data entry, to high-speed OCR/ICR, forms processing and media conversions. A growing number of clients use our conversion expertise and technology to integrate and deliver content into their own websites. All phases of a conversion project such as document preparation, scanning, indexing, PDF conversion, OCR/ICR, etc. can be done by MSI, directly by our client or apportioned to either based upon the most efficient systems approach.
